We take your safety and security seriously. Our 24/7 team includes housekeeping and maintenance, event-specific coordination, Calgary emergency services, Occupational Health & Safety officers and mobile security extending to the surrounding +15 Skywalk connections.

Our world-class facility and staff make it easy to bring your event to life, starting with user-friendly computer kiosks, registration tablets, and even internet cafés. We offer a wide range of rental options to meet evolving tech needs, including Windows-based desktops with 24-inch monitors, laptops, hubs, routers, and switches.
Guests can connect seamlessly through our Cisco network environment, with the choice of shared high-speed internet or premium dedicated high-speed for more complex requirements. From up to 128 routable IP addresses or unlimited dynamic IPs to full wireless coverage throughout the venue, we’ll work with you to ensure your event stays connected every step of the way.
